What is RRLS
Ruth Rumack’s Learning Space (RRLS) is a fast-growing educational support company for students from kindergarten to university, including those with learning exceptionalities.
We teach students in one-to-one and small group settings and design individualized lesson plans that help students achieve academic and lifelong success. We also work with students who require enrichment and standardized test prep. Lessons are interactive and incorporate kinesthetic learning and other creative teaching methods.

We are seeking a client-focused Office Manager who will take ownership of our RRLS Client Experience (and all its moving pieces!). If you have strong emotional intelligence with an understanding of how the details, processes, and procedures intricately contribute to a big picture, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.
Some of the job tasks are:
Managing a team of 3+ at two locations
Overseeing the day to day office operations ensuring consistency and stability throughout processes
Motivating and empowering your team to proactively anticipate the needs of our RRLS families
Upholding RRLS policies and procedures
Supervising general office communication among all stakeholder relationships
Managing daily processes (yes,there are checklists!)
Supervising the scheduling of our student body and the RRLS Learning Specialist Team (fear not – we have software that does the majority of the work)
Generating forecasting and other financial reports
Overseeing the processing of client payments by your team

You bring 3-5 years experience with a growth mindset driving your motivation
You have the ability to review the facts with a clear head and respond to situations with solutions
You understand personalities; the different types and as a result engage and inspire your team members
You have superb written and verbal communication skills
You are organized with exceptional problem solving skills
You want to be of service and are motivated by your contribution to a company designed to support children with learning differences (and their families too)
You love kids and making them feel safe and supported
You have impeccable attention to detail and are able to multitask
$42,500/year + full (100% employer paid) benefits after 3 months.
The initial contract is one year, with potential to become permanent after completion of the contract.
