What is RRLS

Ruth Rumack’s Learning Space (RRLS) is a fast-growing educational support company for students from kindergarten to university, including those with learning exceptionalities.

We teach students in one-to-one and small group settings and design individualized lesson plans that help students achieve academic and lifelong success. We also work with students who require enrichment and standardized test prep. Lessons are interactive and incorporate kinesthetic learning and other creative teaching methods.

The Job

We are seeking a part-time Client Experience Administrator who will take ownership of our RRLS Client Experience (and all its moving pieces!). If you have strong emotional intelligence with an understanding of how the details, processes, and procedures intricately contribute to a big picture, then this is a fantastic opportunity for you.

Some of the job tasks are:

 Consistently deliver professional communication with RRLS families in-person, through phone calls and email
 Respond promptly and attentively to new inquiries; (empathy and understanding that you are the first point of contact for new RRLS families who have likely been through a lot and emotionally charged
 Enforce and uphold company policies and procedures while maintaining exceptional customer service
 Use scheduling software to manage our students and learning specialists’ lessons
 Promptly process client payments
 Primary point of contact for general office maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, and equipment
 Proctor student tests
 Set up program room for group classes

 

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

 Degree, diploma, or experience in business administration, hospitality or related field
 A charismatic and dynamic personality that can contribute to the RRLS Client Experience
 Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
 Highly adaptable with exceptional problem solving skills
 You have superb written and verbal communication skills (points for spelling and grammar!)
 Excellent organizational, problem solving and project management skills
 Experienced using G Suite
 You want to be of service and are intrinsically motivated by your contribution to a company designed to support children with learning differences (and their families too)

 

Compensation

$15/hour
