A typing program designed to instill proper keyboarding techniques. Students are taught correct posture and positioning, efficient typing strokes, and strategies to improve accuracy and speed.
Ages: Grades 3 to 8
• Session 1: September 24, 2017 – October 29, 2017 (No class on October 8th)
• Session 2: November 12, 2017 – December 10, 2017
Time: 1 PM to 3 PM
The program uses Handwriting Without Tears® to help students master the skill of printing or cursive. It is geared towards beginners who need to develop proper foundation skills, those who struggle with writing tasks and need practice, and those who have been formally diagnosed with dysgraphia.

Ages: JK to Grade 2

Power Pencils – Cursive
Ages: Grade 3 to 6
Dates: September 24, 2017 – December 3, 2017 (No class on October 8th)
Time: 3:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Admission Interview and Resume Writing Workshop
Many schools include interviews as part of the admissions process.
In this workshop, students learn about effective oral communication and practise answering common interview questions in order to gain confidence in an interview setting. Writing resumes helps students to reflect on their personal interests, achievements, and experiences, all of which might be talking points in an interview.
The three-hour interview workshop instructs students in the following elements:
