What do you teach?
I teach primary and junior reading, writing, math, French and executive functioning skills.

Why did you become a teacher?
I became a teacher because I love fostering relationships with students and helping them get closer to achieving their goals.

How would your students describe you?
My students would describe me as compassionate, energetic and relaxed, with a good sense of humour!

What’s your favourite challenge to help students overcome?
My favourite challenge is helping students increase their self-confidence. I love cultivating a safe and inclusive learning space, built on a foundation of trust and mutual respect, that provides my students with the supports and tools they need to succeed on their own. I believe this translates into other aspects of their life and can positively contribute to their overall wellbeing.

What’s your favourite thing about working at RRLS?
My favourite thing is meeting with my students, getting to know them and collaborating with the friendly RRLS team.

What’s your favourite way to spend an afternoon?
My favourite way to spend an afternoon is relaxing with my little four-legged friends, eating fresh fruit, listening to tunes and soaking up the sun!
