MINI MASTERS

Ruth Rumack’s Learning Space is proud to present Mini Masters, the exhilarating art program where children aged 3-5 delve into the minds and techniques of the world’s great artists. Exploring their creativity through painting, sculpture and design, children find inspiration from artists such as Keith Haring, Henry Rousseau and The Eames.

Each Mini-Master’s class centres on a famous visionary artist. Children are introduced to the master’s unique imagination and the joy they experienced as artists. Afterwards, the children begin their own hands on experience, creating art with the same methods and materials as the master of the day.

Mini Masters has been designed by working artist and OCAD graduate, Julia Kintras, as a gateway for young children to become enthusiastic about art. The program’s philosophy is that all children grow when they have artistic opportunity. Encouragement and understanding are cornerstones of Mini-Masters, as are celebrating a child’s individual ability.

Each class is a new discovery for eager minds. Teachers are well trained artists who have experience working with young children. Registration is limited to twelve students so that everyone receives personal attention.

Ruth Rumack’s Learning Space believes Mini-Masters is a gift that will benefit a child for the rest of their lives. Mini-Masters is a unique chance for each child to discover their creative spirit while tapping into those artists that have forever shaped our culture and collective consciousness.
